Itinerary

You’ll be welcomed at the airport or port by a private Spanish-speaking driver. If time allows, visit Tetouan, known as the “White Dove” for its white medina. This city preserves historic architecture and Spanish influences from the 20th century.

Later, head to Chaouen, the famous “Blue City,” where all the medina’s walls are painted in blue shades. Enjoy wandering its steep, narrow streets and admire views from its lookout points. Overnight in a charming riad in the medina.

After breakfast in Chaouen, travel to Fez. This Imperial City was once Morocco’s capital and offers a guided tour of medieval monuments. Highlights include the Karaouine Mosque and University, traditional medersas, and the lively tanneries district.

Spend the afternoon exploring or shopping in Fez’s artisan markets. Stay overnight in a medina riad.

Start the day with breakfast in Fez. Cross the Middle Atlas Mountains stopping in Ifrane, nicknamed “Moroccan Switzerland” for its snowy winters and alpine architecture.

Next, visit the Cedar Forest near Azrou, home to endangered Barbary macaques. Then continue through the Ziz Valley to Erfoud, known for fossils and marble, and finally to Merzouga.

Switch to camels (or a 4x4) for a dune excursion and reach the desert camp. Enjoy a traditional Berber tea welcome and dinner under the stars. Overnight in comfortable Berber tents.

Wake early to watch the sunrise over the dunes, then breakfast at the camp. Return by camel or 4x4 to Merzouga for a shower before continuing.

Drive through Berber villages, palm groves, and adobe fortresses along the “Route of a Thousand Kasbahs.” Stop in Tinghir, then visit the spectacular Todra Gorge with its towering rock walls.

Travel through the Dades Valley and the Valley of the Roses before arriving in Ouarzazate, known for its film studios. Optionally visit Taourirt Kasbah, a former palace with rich decoration. Dinner and overnight in a hotel.

Visit the UNESCO site of Ait Ben Haddou, a vast fortified village built of adobe. This ancient village has featured in many famous films and TV shows.

Cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass at over 2,200 meters. Enjoy panoramic views and traditional mountain villages.

Arrive in Marrakech in the afternoon for a free stroll. Overnight in a charming riad in the medina.

Spend a full day exploring Marrakech, a UNESCO World Heritage city. An official guide will show you major sites like the Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, Ben Youssef Medersa, and the lively Jemaa el-Fna square.

The afternoon is free for shopping in the souks or visiting museums and other attractions.

Free time until transfer to the airport or next destination.
